Four Elected as Directors of the Eisenhower Partnership
At the Eisenhower Partnership Annual Meeting held on November 17, 2016, four members were elected to serve two-year terms on the Board of Directors. They are:
Daniel Beason, representing the Townes at Cameron Parke. Daniel is a technology and communications manager with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service, and has lived in the Eisenhower Valley since 2009.
Fred Beddard, Senior Vice President of Perseus Realty. Fred is in charge of Acquisitions and Finance for Perseus; Perseus is the new owner of 2000-2034 Eisenhower Avenue, on the south side facing the PTO building.
Neal Kumar, Vice President of Development at Rushmark. Neal has 12 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and asset management. Rushmark is building a multi-family project just west of Telegraph Road at 2901 Eisenhower Avenue.
Karyle Thornton, Commonwealth One FCU. Karyle is Chief Marketing Officer at CommonWealth One, where she brings over 30 years of credit union and commercial bank management experience. CommonWealth One is located at 4875 Eisenhower Avenue.
These new Directors take office on January 1, 2017.
